Our laboratory is located in Via San Paolo, a few meters from all the activities of the Alma group. Developed on two levels and equipped with every type of equipment for the production of artisanal gelato and for the preparation of desserts and leavened products of all kinds
Here the Master Pastry Chefs bake delicacies every day, from always hot croissants for breakfast to every type of cake or dessert.
And it is always here that we jealously guard our recipes, like that of the original Delizia al Limone, a typical dessert from Sorrento.
Every day our suppliers deliver selected products to us, always fresh, from eggs to every type of fruit!

The best Gelato in the world is also born here.
