Everything happens in our laboratory in Via San Paolo where, every morning the Master Pastry Chefs churn out delicacies, following the authentic recipes that have been handed down for generations. 

Here you will find the original Delizia al Limone, the classic Sicilian Cannolo, the Caprese cake, the traditional Neapolitan Babà, Sfogliatelle, Tiramisú, Tarts and much more.
